However, it's also important to know when your plan could be optimized through a little alteration, even when it's already under way. If you haven't built in some wiggle room, it's time to carve some out and utilize it. When you can be flexible, you can respond to current circumstances fully and get the best possible results.
well i've been thinking of my plan for 2006.. i really want to do it.. SO pls... Ya Allah I need the strength. Insya-Allah I will pull thru' I've been wanting to do my degree for sometime but i dont think i can afford the time and money rite now so i decided to do my adv diploma instead! going to school tomorrow and register in my /t/r/a/i/s/i/. JUST DO IT! thank you Nike!

While asking for a raise may not be the best idea at the moment, there are some other aspects of your job you can explore. Get to the bottom of whatever's been particularly challenging to you lately; maybe there's a course you can take to update your skills, or someone you can meet with to suss out new options. Whatever you do, make it a positive journey of discovery, not a power play -- big moves aren't favored right now.
